What are your thoughts on some feminists trying to equate the word “cunt” with the n word?

At the very least, it’s racially insensitive. “Cunt” is typically used to talk about a specific person. The n word has been used to denigrate an entire race. It’s just different.

Oppression is always bad, of course, but comparing the history of the n word to use of “cunt” doesn’t seem right to me.

I understand that “cunt” can be hurtful so I’m starting to look up the history of the word. So far, I just don’t see the comparison being apt.
